Returns & Warranty
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are of course very sorry. We would like to get in touch to find a suitable solution.
To be eligible for a return, it is important that the items are unused and in the original condition as you received it.
Send us an email with the order number, your name and the items you would like to return with the reason for return. You will receive a message from us with instructions for the return. It is also possible to withdrawal form to fill in and send. Please note: the costs for the return are for your own account and will not be reimbursed by us.
As soon as the items have been shipped and received by us, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. If the return has been approved, a refund will be made. This is usually processed within a few working days, after which the amount is refunded via the original payment method.
In the event of breakage or other damage upon delivery, it is extremely important that you take a photo of the package before opening the package. We would also like to receive a photo of the opened package, which clearly shows the damaged item.
Note: Our return policy is valid up to 14 days after purchase. After this period it is no longer possible to use our return policy.
Douxe grants a manufacturer's warranty of one or two years for all its products. The warranty only applies to the first owner of the product and if an original and valid proof of purchase can be presented. Warranty does not apply if the product is defective through your own fault or incorrect use. Please read the terms and conditions to read all warranty exclusions.
In the event of a suspected defect, first contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a valid proof of purchase. If, after investigation, it appears that the product is defective, we can ask you to send the defective product. When the product is under warranty, we will send a new product or repair the defective product.
