Shipping & Delivery Time
As soon as you have placed an order via the webshop and we have received notification of payment, you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation. From that moment on we will get started with your order!
All orders are shipped with PostNL. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.
Usually, the package will be delivered to the specified delivery address within 1-2 business days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page). PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 9.00 am and 9.30 pm. We do our best to have the order delivered as soon as possible. If the delivery causes serious delays or if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Are not you home?
The delivery person will try to deliver the package to the neighbors or the package will be brought to a PostNL point in the area. A card with a 'non-home code' will be left in the letterbox. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.
Broken or seriously damaged package on delivery?
In that case, please contact us immediately and unpack the product as little as possible. We would like to receive a photo of the (un)opened package, which clearly shows the damage.
The shipping costs are €4.95. For orders over €20, the shipping costs are free.
